About BunnyCRM

One customer. One record. Every team.

BunnyCRM connects marketing, sales, support, and documents around a single customer record, so the people serving your customers always work from the same picture.

Customer work shouldn't be split across four tools.

In most businesses, the same customer lives in several places at once: a list in the email tool, a deal in the sales pipeline, a ticket in the help desk, and a contract in a shared drive. Each copy is a little different, and each handoff loses something. Marketing doesn't know what support promised. Sales doesn't see the open ticket. Someone spends Friday afternoon reconciling spreadsheets.

We built BunnyCRM to remove that gap. Instead of syncing separate systems, every module works from the same customer record — so a campaign, a deal, a support request, and a file all carry the full context with them.

What we believe

01

Software should support the work, not become the work.

Teams should spend their time with customers, not maintaining a CRM. BunnyCRM is built to be adopted without a lengthy implementation project.

02

One record beats four systems agreeing to disagree.

Contacts, campaigns, deals, tickets, and documents should reference the same data — not copies kept roughly in sync.

03

Friendly and serious aren't opposites.

BunnyCRM has a bunny for a mascot and real pipelines, support tickets, and invoicing underneath. Friendly is how the product feels, not a substitute for it working.

04

Enter it once.

If your team has typed a customer's details in one place, they shouldn't have to type them again anywhere else.

The name

BunnyCRM is named after its mascot, BabyBunny — not a metaphor we're straining to justify. A small, quick, unintimidating character for a tool meant to feel the same way: approachable on day one, dependable every day after.

Who's behind it

BunnyCRM is built by NordNative OÜ, a software company based in Tallinn, Estonia.
