Certain features of BunnyCRM may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are described at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by NordNative OÜ and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service, or request account deletion, at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NordNative OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
